BOARD OF trustees

The Cecchetti Society Trust has a Board of Trustees appointed to honour the Trust’s objective and carry out the work of the Trust. Learn more about the current board at Trustees & Patrons.

Public benefit

The Trustees, having considered the Charity Commission’s guidance on Public Benefit,  consider that the activities of the Trust meet the main principles of public benefit – that the benefits are identifiable  and are related to the objective of maintaining and promulgating the knowledge and education of the Cecchetti Method, that the public are the beneficiaries and that there is no significant exclusion as to who can benefit.

trust fINANCE

The Trustees are responsible for the finances of the Trust and to ensure all legal and charitable purposes are met. Through careful management of invested funds and fundraising the Trust is able to support a number of regular annual commitments, as well as additional special projects and events.

Donations to the Trust are welcomed both to sustain the existing levels of support, but also to meet the increasing interest in Cecchetti Classical Ballet and the increased demands on funds that this exciting expansion needs.  The Trustees are most grateful for support from generous donors who are passionate about the art of classical ballet.
